1. WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY PRODUCTS?

Almost all of our orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

Depending on your country, deliveries can take anywhere between 3 - 28 business days, unless otherwise stated on the page for the product(s) purchased. Apart from the US, some countries can take up to 3-6 weeks to deliver because of their customs clearance processes. In addition to this, the current COVID situation is effecting couriers as well as postal services globally. Please be assured that we will always expedite all orders as fast as we can and assist where possible, however once the order leaves the factory things are somewhat out of our control. We sincerely thank you in advance for your patience during this demanding time we are all experiencing.

3. WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS COMING FROM?

Our warehouses are located in the US, Europe and China. We work with the most reliable reputable and experienced suppliers and are always in contact with them.

4. I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

Often, when multiple items are ordered different distribution channels are being utilized. Therefore, sometimes each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, eventually you’ll get them all.

5. HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 6. I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. You can also contact our support team providing the user name and email which you used to order the products and they will be able to assist you further.
